Covid-19 policy

As the current global situation unfolds in relation to the Coronavirus pandemic, the wellbeing of our clients and practitioners in our clinic is our number one priority. We have implemented a series of measures to enhance safety and these will be revised and updated continuously.

Please come alone.

Please be on time – if you are early, please wait outside and send a message.

If we are ready for you earlier, we will let you know.

If you are running late, please let us know.

Please only bring necessary items with you.

Please wear face covering – if you have to remove it for the treatment, you will be asked to rinse your mouth with an antibacterial mouthwash.

When you arrive, we will take your temperature – if you have high temperature, we will ask you to leave and will reschedule your appointment.

We will also ask you to use antibacterial hand gel.

If you are using the Covid-19 app, you can scan the QR code to check in.

We have added a few questions to our paperwork regarding Covid-19, which you will be asked to complete.

If you, or anyone in your household has Covid-19 symptoms, please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment.

In the event of a lockdown, or if the government advises close contact services to shut, all appointments will be rescheduled for a later date and booking fees will be transferred to those appointments.
